1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, California DRE license number, brokerage name and DRE number, and office address.
• Branding assets: Headshot photos, brokerage logos, and personal or team logos you upload during onboarding or through the dashboard.
• Listing content: Property details, photos, descriptions, and pricing you add to your showcase pages.
• Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Communications: Messages you send to us via email or support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location (city/region level).
• Lead capture data: When a visitor to your showcase page submits a contact form or mortgage inquiry, we collect the information they provide and pass it to you as the listing agent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provision and operate your listing showcase pages.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Display your branding, contact information, and listings on your public showcase.
• Send you transactional emails (welcome emails, password setup, account notifications).
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve and develop the platform.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Public showcase pages: Information you choose to display on your listing pages (name, headshot, brokerage, contact details, listings) is publicly visible by design.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:
  • Auth0 (by Okta) for account authentication and identity management.
  • Cloudflare R2 for secure storage of uploaded images and assets.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Amazon SES for sending transactional emails.
  These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. Uploaded assets (photos, logos) are deleted when your account is deactivated.

6. Your Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt out: We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
